Smart Consulting was set up by Nadine Smart in 2003. Nadine was previously a Director of two leading business psychology firms specialising in assessment, development and performance improvement at individual, team and organisational levels.

Smart consultants has a broad client list: Retail, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecoms, Utilities, Government.

Nadine has worked personally with over 30 organisations over the past 15 years and in doing so has helped assess and develop over 500 employees and leaders.

Smart Consulting operates as a network of highly experienced business psychologists. In this way we can give our clients corporate level expertise without large consultancy fees.
