What is involved:

  • an individual or group based assessment with an experienced business psychologist
  • a combination of interview with on-the job assessments and ability and personality assessments to fit role requirements
  • an individual or group based assessment with an experienced business psychologist or in combination with your internal managers if desired

  • for middle and senior positions - clear written reports highlighting candidate’s current capability, future potential and progression, risks associated with their appointment and how these can be managed
